Containers and Cabins are regularly moved and transported by family run firm, Sussex Transport.
Last week, we delivered a container to Harrow in Greater London using one of our HAIB trucks.
In the same week, the Christmas lights in Harrow were switched on by X Factor resident Johnny Robinson. Although Robinson was booted out of the competition halfway through the live shows, he gained quite a few loyal supporters; including pop princess, Kylie Minogue!
Hundreds of shoppers turned out in the rain to see the high pitched singer and had hoped for a performance from him. Robinson was paid £300 for the appearance but left fans disappointed when he didn’t sing or stop and chat to the crowd.
Helen Davies, 43, from Harrow, was at the event and said: “He wasn’t there for very long at all. I think people would have wanted to talk to him.
“He came and turned the lights on but was there for all of ten minutes. He wasn’t worth the money for just that. People had been waiting for him in the rain.’’
Councillor Keith Ferry, the council’s portfolio holder for planning and economic development, last week defended the singer and said he had “fulfilled all his obligations”.
Sussex Transport aims to never disappoint – with a fleet of vehicles to suit most client requirements, we can offer deliveries from the smallest parcel on one of our Sprinter vans right through to a large shipping container using our HIAB vehicles.
