Who would have thought that the humble sheet of bubble wrap – that stuff we all love to pop or stamp on for fun – can actually save your life!
Sussex Air Ambulance Service always has a supply on hand for cases where body temperature needs to be maintained en route to the hospital.
Sussex Transport has agreed to store and supply Sussex Air Ambulance with a year’s worth of bubble wrap as part of its sponsorship of the charity. They have also contributed a cheque towards their Double 100 Cycle Challenge which took place in July of last year.
