Alongside this thank you, we are writing to let you know of the Christmas and New Year opening times and those of our delivery partners.
Sussex Transport business opening times
Monday 23rd – Normal Monday 30th – Closed
Tuesday 24th – Normal Tuesday 31st – Closed
Wednesday 25th – Closed Wednesday 1st – Closed
Thursday 26th – Closed Thursday 2nd – Open
Friday 27th – Closed Friday 3rd – Open
Delivery partners
Pallet carrier final collections for Economy 2-day deliveries need to leave us on Friday 20th December. Next day deliveries must leave us on the 23rd for AM deliveries on 24th ONLY (orders must be in by 09:00 on the day of despatch). Saturday deliveries will not be available. Collections and deliveries of pallets will then resume on 2nd January 2020.
Parcel carriers – DPD & DPD Local. Parcels collected on and before Monday 23rd December will be delivered next day as normal. Parcels collected on Tuesday 24th and booked on a next day service will be delivered on the 27th. Collections will take place around 12pm on the 24th and 27th so orders will need to be in by 10:00 to ship the same day. Collections on the 31st will deliver on the 2nd January. Normal service will resume once again in the New Year on Thursday 2nd January 2019.
Royal Mail – Normal collections and deliveries up to 23rd December. Deliveries will take place between Christmas and New Year but no collections from us will occur on the 24th or 27th December. Normal service will resume once again week commencing 30th December, but excluding New Year’s Day.
