As you may already know, we pride ourselves on running a modern, reliable, clean, and efficient fleet here at Sussex Transport. The team (especially the drivers) do get excited when we get new kit and this year looks to be no different as we have up to 10 new vehicles heading our way.
Just last week we had photo updates of two new trucks edging their way towards our Sussex Transport and Logistics Hub.
First up is our a Volvo Trucks 8×2 with rear steer that is now well into its build stage. Having now been fitted with a Fassi Gru Spa 710 crane it is now awaiting its fly jib. The crane savvy amongst you will have noticed that the truck has been fitted with front stabilisers that enable a full 360-degree lifting capability.
Up next was a pic of another Volvo vehicle, this time an FM 6×2 (again with rear steer). Currently, this beauty is at Palfinger UK awaiting its flatbed body and a 34t/m Palfinger crane.
