Once again, Sussex Transport has been asked to assist in deliveries for the 2012 Olympic Games, which are due to start in less than 2 weeks’ time!
Sussex Transport made a dedicated delivery of equestrian equipment to Greenwich Park last week on an artic flatbed lorry, in readiness for the Equestrian and Modern Pentathlon events.
Greenwich Park is London’s oldest Royal Park, dating back to 1433 and is home to The Royal Observatory and ‘Greenwich Mean Time’.
The Equestrian events were ‘tested’ last July and we were also involved with deliveries for that event – they comprised of international competitions in Equestrian and Modern Pentathlon and we delivered horse jumps and fencing materials.
Over the last year, Sussex Transport is proud to have been involved in several deliveries to London for various 2012 Olympic events. We would love to ‘trot off’ some quotes for your next dedicated road haulage or courier requirement …
