Last week we sent Rex off to Hastings to relocate a Shipping Container for a Charitable organisation called The Gap Project.
We knew it wasn’t going to be a simple move. Telephone cables and a collection of other on-site obstacles meant this wasn’t the standard crane job. But with careful planning and some excellent teamwork, Rex and his HIAB got the job completed with minimal fuss for a very happy customer.
Once at broomgrove your driver excelled.
He took a two-stage approach to assist us to meet our aim, leaving us the final manoeuvres of the container.
The skill in working around the telecom cable and tactics of this driver was of an excellent level.
A bit of a challenge taken in hand by your guy to help our team. Great work.
So A big thank you
From all at The GAP project
You have helped us store the goods the kids make and bikes for renovating, growing young entrepreneurs.
We will recommend you
Kind regards
Tania Charman
The GAP project coordinator
GAP is a new young peoples project working in a disadvantaged area of East Hastings. Many local young people in the area are riding unsafe and very tatty bikes and The Gap Project work to teach young people to renovate bikes in their workshops and bring them back into working order. Giving the bikes a new ‘life-cycle’.
If you are local to Hastings and have any bikes that may be donated they would love to hear from you on 07886 225110.
Don’t forget…. we do not just move existing shipping and storage containers, we rent and sell them too! Visit our Container hire division site https://www.st-containers.com/
