Recently, we took an order for some flooring to be delivered to a new client who had been recommended to use Sussex Transport by the flooring manufacturer – one of our regular customers!!
Thus, our driver turned up at the end users house, happily representing not only Sussex Transport, but also the flooring manufacturer and wholesaler.
The flooring company received a call soon after the delivery was made, stating how pleased she was with the Sussex Transport driver. The delivery note she had completed stated “What a lovely man – delivery was fantastic, Mrs Philips.”
The message sent to Sussex Transport by email was;
I just wanted to say I have just had a delivery from one of your drivers Mark , in London. He is the nicest, most helpful delivery man, I have ever encountered. It was a joy for once.
Well done for employing such a fantastic person!
